​Currently we are only servicing the UK mainland.  Parcels will be handled by Royal Mail 2nd Class Service with 3-5 delivery aim.  We do not handle iinternational shipping in the moment.

Undeliverable​ Packages

​We will issue a full refund of the price of goods excluding all delivery charges paid when a postal carrier returns an "undeliverable"  package to us .​ A package may be 'undeliverable' due to an incorrect address being provided or following a failed delivery attempt.

Shipping Cost

​All single orders over £25.00 are eligible for free delivery, all orders below this value will be charged £5.00 shipping costs.

Click and Collect

​We will email you when your order is ready for pick up in our shop . Please bring your order confirmation showing your order no. when you collect from our shop.

Cancel Order

​​If you wish to change or cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us and advise your order number by email. We will confirm your cancellation by return email. If your order has already been shipped, please see our returns​ policy.

Returns Policy​

​We hope that you are happy with your purchase.  However, if the product is faulty (i.e. not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described​), we can offer an exchange/replacement or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. You will get a full refund of the price of goods. All delivery charges paid​ are non-refundable. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method.  

In Store Returns

We will refund the price of goods returned within 30 days of the date of purchase provided they are accompanied by a valid receipt, or you can choose to have an replacement or exchange for other items.​ Cash payment will be refunded by cash. You will need to bring the debit/credit card used for the transaction in order to obtain a refund, if this is the payment method you have used.

Online Returns

You need to contact us by email for your return of faulty goods and we will refund the price of goods returned within 30 days of the date of receipt provided that all goods are returned in their original protective packaging with the barcode(s) intact.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are securely packed arrives​ our shop safely. To avoid any delay in return, you need to include in your parcel a printout of the order confirmation email which shows your order number. Should you decide to have a replacement instead of a refund, please state it clearly in your email. we will arrange to your order address without additional delivery charge. We cannot deliver any replacements to other address for security reasons.

Please allow time to process your return, we will issue a refund as soon as we have received your parcel. Normally, it takes 5-7 working days.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, if you have any queries, please contact us by email.

UK VAT or 20% is included in the sales price of all items.


We accept Visa/Master debit, Visa/Master credit, American Express and Paypal. Payments will be handled by either Paypal or Stripe. The latter is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.​​​​​​​
